Glowing Tape

Lights were added beauty of the night, especially when talking about lights that decorate the big cities like New York, Paris, London, etc. They are really beautiful. But don’t you realize that those lights need a huge amount of electricity to burn? What can we do to have those night beauty without burning a lot of electricity? May be this is one of the answer.

There is new product called glowing tape. The glowing tape is a new technology in lighting technology that looks like a large tape that can glow with thickness only 0.5 mm. The technology used by glowing tape is the same technology with the technology used by the plasma TV called electroluminescence (EL).

What make the glowing tape different from other types of lamps? The main thing is the glowing tape can be applied to almost every kind of needs. This tapes also eco-friendly because the glowing tape does not generate high heat, contains mercury, gas and not made of glass. In terms of saving electricity, glowing tape requires power only 5 Watt for each 30 cm length which means that only 1/6 of the power needed for LED lights.

Since glowing tape rolls of wire shaped like, it can be used as long as 8 km without dividing into several parts or using any connectors and the light is guaranteed to be visible even through the fog, smoke and snow.

In terms of the installation, glowing tape can be installed in a very easy way, for example if we want to stick it on the wall, it only requires double-sided tape, and we don’t need any nails or glue. This is because the weight of the glowing tape itself is very light.

And finally, this most interesting, glowing tape won’t be broken, so you do not need to be bothered with replacing broken lights problems.
